  • PLT teams should sit together
  • Recorder for large group discussion (chart or type)

Facilitator: Ask your staff to reflect on their learning from the first module. (Call for Change, CMAPP, and the Mastery Learning Model.) Have participants share in the large group one significant learning from that session.

PLTs will use the TEAM REFLECTION worksheet to facilitate a discussion around the four challenge focus areas in the video.

Facilitator: Ask PLTs to share one strength, one challenge, and one solution from their worksheet with the large group (Record this information on chart paper or record electronically and project the collective list to the staff.)
